Odoo Business Analyst / Techno Functional Consultant We are seeking an Odoo Business Analyst with over four years of experience in Odoo ERP, having implemented a minimum of four Odoo projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing Odoo ERP solutions that align with our business objectives. This role necessitates a comprehensive understanding of business processes, technical proficiency with Odoo, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and requirements. Design and configure Odoo modules to meet the specific needs of the business. Identify system integration needs and design appropriate interfaces. Lead the implementation of Odoo ERP projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Customize Odoo modules through development of custom fields, reports, and workflows. Collaborate with developers to build custom applications and features as necessary. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Odoo system. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly. Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements. Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on Odoo functionalities. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and procedures. Stay updated on the latest Odoo developments and industry trends. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Fluent in English, spoken and written. Proven experience as an Odoo System Analyst or a similar role. Proficiency in Python programming and the Odoo framework is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Odoo certification is preferred.
