**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in UAE markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market and competitor research to develop business strategies.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Develop marketing strategies and promotional materials.
