We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable IT Faculty to join our institution. As a part-time IT Faculty, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to our students, fostering their academic growth and success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and effective classes in the field of Information Technology.
- Create and update course materials, including syllabus, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Facilitate discussions, interactive activities, and collaborative projects in the virtual classroom.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments and assessments.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant technologies into the curriculum.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to students to support their academic and professional development.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and administrators to enhance the quality of the program.

**Qualifications**:

- A master's or higher degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience.
- Proficiency in using online learning management systems (LMS) and virtual classroom tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and backgrounds.
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
