**Salary: Hourly/Session-based, depending on experience**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop lesson plans, course materials, and assessment tools aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Provide academic support and guidance to students, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and projects, and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with advancements in IT to incorporate relevant trends and technologies into teaching.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and other academic events.
- Maintain proper documentation of student progress and academic records.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven teaching experience at the college or university level is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with educational technology and learning management systems.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to diverse student needs.
