Content Strategist

**Job Title**: Content Strategist (Full-Time)
**Location**: Innovex Agency, Warehouse No. 1 - Street 9 - Nadd Al Hamar - Dubai - UAE

We are looking for a **Content Strategist** (Full-Time) to join our team This role is crucial in developing fresh, engaging content ideas for our social media clients, commercial projects, and print media. You’ll work closely with our Project Manager and Creative Director to ideate compelling photo and video concepts while also crafting scripts and content strategies for commercial clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Account Manager during client meetings to understand content needs.
- Develop unique and engaging content ideas for Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Create detailed content briefs, including mood boards, references, and technical requirements.
- Research and develop fresh storytelling approaches for commercial video clients.
- Write scripts, taglines, and creative content for commercial video projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor content, and social media best practices.
- Work closely with the Creative Director to refine concepts before production.
- Ensure smooth communication between ideation, production, and post-production teams.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Media Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability for digital and commercial content.
- Experience in content strategy and social media marketing.
- Excellent scriptwriting and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of branding, aesthetics, and current social media trends.
- Basic understanding of photography, videography, and production workflows.
- Ability to create mood boards and visual content references.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Working Hours & Days**:

- 5 days a week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

**Hiring Process**: Our hiring process consists of two rounds to ensure we find the right fit for the role:

- **Round 1**: Initial Screening
- Discussion on past experience, creative thinking, and knowledge of social media trends.
- Evaluation of strategic content planning and scriptwriting for commercial videos.
- **Round 2**: Practical Assignment & Final Evaluation
- Presentation and discussion of their work, followed by feedback and refinement.

We’re looking for someone who can think creatively, execute high-quality content ideas, and collaborate effectively with our team.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
