Position Overview: As a Social Media Content Strategist at Synergy-Konvergense, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across various social media platforms. This dynamic role requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and in-depth understanding of current social media trends. Based in Dubai, UAE, we are seeking a talented individual with relevant local experience, who can build and execute effective strategies that resonate with our diverse clientele. Responsibilities: Content Planning and Development: Create and manage social media content calendars, aligning with client branding and marketing goals. Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement robust social media strategies tailored to specific platforms, industries, and audiences. Audience Engagement: Monitor and engage with the audience, fostering a positive community and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, using insights to refine and optimize future strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including creative, copywriting, and paid media teams, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach. Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of current trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing to ensure cutting-edge strategies. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Professional Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, and community management. Experience working with various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. Proven success in driving engagement, growth, and measurable ROI through social media campaigns. Skills and Other Requirements: Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of brand voice and content consistency. Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights. Familiarity with UAE market trends, culture, and consumer behavior. Additional Preferences: Graphic design skills, video editing experience, or other creative talents are a plus.
