**Job Overview**:
Fintrek Marketing is looking for motivated and experienced **Sales Executives** to promote **personal finance products** in **Abu Dhabi**. If you have a strong sales background and at least **1 year of experience in personal loan or finance sales within the UAE**, this is your opportunity to grow with one of the fastest-growing financial service providers in the region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell **personal finance and loan products** to potential clients
- Generate leads through **cold calls, networking, referrals, and field visits**:

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan solutions
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to compliance standards
- Meet and exceed monthly **sales targets and KPIs**:

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process
- Minimum **1 year of experience in personal finance or loan sales** in the UAE (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of **UAE banking and finance products**:

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Professional appearance and strong presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
