**Hiring for**:Sales Officer for Auto Loan Sales Team based in Abu Dhabi**

**Employment type**: Full-time

**Location**: Abu Dhabi

**Number of Vacancies**: 5

**Salary range**:AED 5000 -7500 + Attractive Incentive**

The role will include onboarding new customers for **Auto loan**. This Job requires a high level of relationship building, Account Management, and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect in targeted segments that require meeting standards in phone calls, and face-to-face visits.
- Present and sell all Type of Auto Loan products & services to potential customers in an ethical & professional manner.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
- Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts.
- Participate in all Team Activities like morning huddles, training, and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud training.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum one year experience of Auto Loan Sales
- Ability to identify potential Customers
- Excellent interpersonal/relationship management skills and problem-solving ability
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Highly driven, self-motivated, target orientated individual
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow

**Skill Set**
- Sales profile that requires confidence, persistence, Positive Attitude, and Good Communication skills
- Basic knowledge of products, service policies, and processes of Retail Banking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
