**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist sales team in preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining sales records.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain and update customer databases accurately.
  • Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
  • Support after-sales services, including follow-ups and feedback collection.
  • Provide product information and assist customers in product selection.

**Qualifications & Skills**

  • Proven experience in sales support or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
