Recording receipts with the entry on company system in the warehouse/pharmacy where receiving, Inventory, control and implementation of invoice receipts received from suppliers. Receiving/delivering the items by/to stores or pharmacies, examining them outwardly and ensuring that they are identical Follow up on transfer requests between warehouses, determine the most appropriate quantities to be approved, and determine the most appropriate exchange stores Recording inventory exchange operations, outgoing and incoming transfers, and charging the costs of materials disbursed to the beneficiary cost centers Follow up and log items out to return them to suppliers in case of return As a result of periodic inventory, sudden inventory, sample inventory, monitoring of differences and periodic inventory revaluation operations in all stores and pharmacies Coordination with the Procurement and Warehouse Department and ensuring the supply of the required materials to the site (customers) according to the agreement and the completeness of the documents / invoice with the signature, name, mobile number and stamp, if any, for each invoice Addition and disbursement based on the inventory base (FIFO) with the arrangement of inventory in pharmacies on the shelves according to the inventory base. Matching inventory results with commodity inventory control record and searching for reasons for differences (necessary and very important) Submit reports on the stagnant and tuning in the stores to the director of the department on a monthly basis to make a marketing plan to discharge the products before the expiry date Generate barcode label at the time of supply to our pharmacies and make sure that the quantities are correct on the system before delivery for all items received from our store or other suppliers. Activate and operate all warehouse and store systems of the group related to product quantities with inventory and product tracking, whether they are sold to the end customer or distributed to pharmacies/customers Maintaining the general appearance of the stores and arranging and monitoring the inventory according to the available spaces

- Accountant and Quantity Controller: 2 years (required)
