Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor – Aluminum & Façade

Location: Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor – Aluminum & Façade to manage cost control, budgeting, and commercial aspects of aluminum and façade projects from pre-contract through final accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in façade systems, contracts, and cost management within the UAE construction market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender pricing for aluminum and façade works
  • Manage project budgets, cost planning, and cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle
  • Handle pre-contract and post-contract commercial activities
  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and negotiate commercial terms
  • Prepare and certify interim valuations, progress claims, variations, and final accounts
  • Monitor project costs and identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and design teams for cost control
  • Manage contract administration in line with FIDIC or relevant contract forms
  • Prepare financial reports and cash flow forecasts
  • Support claims, counterclaims, and dispute resolution when required

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in aluminum and façade works
  • Strong knowledge of curtain wall, cladding, glazing, and façade systems
  • Proven experience in UAE/GCC construction projects
  • Excellent understanding of FIDIC contracts and local commercial practices
  • Proficient in MS Excel, cost control software, and ERP systems
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and reporting skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with design-build and fast-track façade projects
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
