**Job Description**:
We are seeking a passionate and certified Lady Pilates Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will lead group and private Pilates sessions tailored specifically for women, focusing on their unique fitness needs and goals. You'll create a welcoming and motivating environment where clients can improve their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead engaging and effective Lady Pilates classes for various skill levels.
- Provide modifications and adjustments to exercises to accommodate individual needs and limitations.
- Educate clients on proper Pilates techniques and body alignment.
- Monitor client progress and provide personalized feedback.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio space.
- Promote and sell studio services and class packages.
- Stay current on the latest Pilates trends and research.

Qualifications:

- Certified Pilates Instructor (recognized certification program).
- Experience teaching Pilates to women.
- Strong understanding of female anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- CPR/First Aid certification.

Bonus Points:

- Experience with pre/postnatal Pilates.
- Additional certifications in related fitness disciplines.
