**Requirements**
- Certified Reformer & Mat Pilates Instructor
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and support clients of all levels Passion for health, wellness, and community engagement

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Salary: 8,000 - 12,000 AED per month (based on experience and qualifications)
- Commission: 20% - 30% on private sessions
- Accommodation: Provided by the company
- Visa & Work Permit: Fully sponsored by the company
- Health Insurance: Provided as per UAE labor laws
- Annual Leave: 30 calendar days per year
- Public Holidays: As per UAE labor law (compensatory leave if required to work)
- Annual ticket provided.

**Work Schedule & Responsibilities**
- Work Schedule: 6 days per week, 7-9 hours per day.
- Group Classes: 5 classes per day (capped at 30 teaching hours per week)
- Private Sessions: Scheduled separately

**Employment Terms & Conditions**
- Probation Period: 6 months
- Notice Period: 2 months

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Reformer Pilates: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic (required)

License/Certification:

- Reformer Pilates Certification (required)
