Qc Manager

As the Quality Control Manager for the cosmetics and perfumes industry, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety for our products. You will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, managing a team of quality control professionals, and ensuring that our products are in compliance with all industry regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures, standards, and protocols for cosmetics and perfumes production.
- Supervise and lead a team of quality control technicians.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks at various stages of the production process to ensure product consistency and safety.
- Analyze and evaluate the formulations of cosmetics and perfumes, ensuring that they meet industry standards and internal specifications.
- Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues or non-conformities.
- Ensure that cosmetics & fragrance products comply with relevant regulations, including safety standards, labeling requirements, and ingredient restrictions.
- Evaluate and monitor the quality of raw materials and cosmetics ingredients supplied by vendors.
- Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to develop and improve product formulations.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control data and report findings to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality control processes and suggest process enhancements.
- Oversee product testing, including stability testing, microbiological testing, and sensory evaluation.
- Prepare and present reports on cosmetics & fragrance quality control performance, issues, and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay updated on ISO standards and other industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices to ensure full compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related role in the cosmetics and perfumes industry.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetics and perfumes production processes and formulations and experience with ISO quality standards.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven expertise in ISO 9001 and other relevant ISO standards is highly desirable.
- Experience with the process of obtaining and maintaining ISO certifications.
- Familiarity with ISO audit processes and requirements.
- Knowledge of laboratory testing techniques and equipment.
- Quality certifications such as Six Sigma or ASQ certification is a plus.
- Certifications or courses related to fragrance evaluation or quality control are a plus.
- Immediate Joining Preferred.

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
