**Job Summary**:
The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project-related documents for façade services, ensuring proper documentation flow, version control, and compliance with company and industry standards. This role supports the project team by ensuring all drawings, contracts, material approvals, and correspondence are properly recorded, stored, and distributed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain all project-related documents, including drawings, material submittals, method statements, contracts, and reports.
- Ensure proper filing, storage, and retrieval of physical and digital documents.
- Control document revisions, approvals, and version tracking in coordination with the project team.
- Distribute updated documents to relevant departments, ensuring teams have the latest information.
- Ensure compliance with company and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) for document control.
- Assist in preparing documents for client approvals, audits, and project handover.
- Maintain a register of incoming and outgoing documents and correspondence.
- Support quality control by ensuring all technical documents meet required standards before submission.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to track document flow.
- Handle confidential information securely and ensure document security protocols are followed.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in document controller
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of technical documents related to façade systems (shop drawings, material submittals, method statements).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
