**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator who will be responsible for managing and coordinating BIM workflows on architecture and structural elements of our projects. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that all BIM-related deliverables are completed on time, and maintaining high standards of quality in BIM execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the coordination of architectural and structural BIM models, ensuring alignment between different disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP).
- Implement and enforce BIM protocols, standards, and workflows across design, construction, and operation phases.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless BIM data integration across architecture, structure, MEP, and software platforms.
- Create and manage the production of technical drawings and schedules for Architecture and structure components
- Ensure project deliverables meet BIM standards and requirements
- Manage and update the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) to align with project goals and client requirements.
- Supervise creation and management of 3D BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance, with a focus on architecture and structure.
- Lead clash detection sessions to resolve conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP models, ensuring LOD 500 delivery.
- Produce modeling, detailing and auditing components for BIM models
- Participate in project meetings and coordinate with project teams to resolve BIM-related issues.
- Mentor junior BIM coordinators and modelers, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Civil /Architecture/Structural Engineering** or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination or related roles within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry
- Strong Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360,AutoCAD).
- Advanced proficiency in BIM software tools and techniques for model creation, clash detection, and data management.
