**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the coordination and management of architectural projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective project execution.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and project reviews.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to provide regular project updates.
- Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide administrative support to the architectural team and assist with preparing project presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with Architectural BIM Modelers to ensure the integration of BIM models into the project workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a similar role within the architecture or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of architectural terminology, design processes, and project workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and architectural software (**AutoCAD**, **Revit**, or similar).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum **6* years of**UAE* experience in Architecture
- **Must be ready to join immediately
