**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to the CEO to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and serves as the right hand to the CEO in driving the company’s mission forward.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and day-to-day schedule.
- Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, and follow-up notes to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
- Handle confidential documents, communications, and business information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate company operations, project timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support with report preparation.
- Represent the CEO in communications when necessary and maintain strong relationships across departments and partners.
- Assist with personal and administrative tasks to optimize the CEO’s efficiency and focus.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as personal assistant in UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience in real estate or related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

**Work Schedule : Monday to Saturday/9AM - 6PM**
