UAE Requirements:

- Bachelor s Degree: A degree in health and safety or environmental-related discipline is required.
- NEBOSH Certification: Certified for NEBOSH International General Certificate, demonstrating proficiency in health and safety management.
- Existing visa designation as HSE/Engineer (preferred).
- Trakhees registered is a plus.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to health, safety, and environmental management.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HSE officer, preferably in the construction field, with a track record of implementing HSE protocols and initiatives.

Roles and Responsibility:

- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and develop corrective and preventive action plans to mitigate risks and prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to enhance safety and environmental performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into business operations, projects, and new initiatives

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
