We are looking for HSE Officer

Location: Dubai, UAE

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE practices, policies, and emergency response procedures.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into all phases of construction projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, industry standards, and best practices in HSE.
- Facilitate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and workshops to promote a safety-first culture.
- Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders on HSE matters.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a health, safety, and environmental role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards applicable to construction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
- Proficient in HSE management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
