We are actively seeking an experienced and culturally adept **Freehold Sales Consultant** to join our elite sales team in Dubai. This role is dedicated to maximizing sales and managing high-net-worth relationships within the regional investor community.
You will be responsible for driving individual sales targets, leveraging your existing network, and serving as a trusted advisor on complex freehold property investments across our portfolio of luxury and prime assets.
**Non-Negotiable Requirements**
- **Nationality**: Must be an **Arab National**:
- **Experience**: Minimum **5 years of demonstrable, direct experience** in real estate sales within the **Dubai market**, specifically handling **freehold properties**.
- **Language Proficiency**: Native fluency in **Arabic** (written and verbal) and professional working proficiency in English.
- **Licensing**: Must possess a valid **RERA Certificate/Broker Card** and a thorough understanding of all Dubai land department (DLD) and RERA laws and procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Target Achievement**: Consistently achieve aggressive monthly and quarterly individual sales targets for new launch and ready-inventory freehold units.
- **Managing Advertisement Portal**:
- **Client Acquisition**: Proactively generate and qualify leads, utilizing your established network to secure appointments with potential regional investors.
- **Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain deep, long-term relationships with clients, providing expert advice on investment returns and property appreciation.
- **End-to-End Closing**: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial consultation and viewing to negotiation, documentation, and successful closing.
