Our Client is an international luxury developer committed to redefining the art of living through sustainable communities. Established in 1976 as an interior decoration firm in Oman, the company has grown its presence with developments and investments in the UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Brunei and India. Over the last four decades, or client has also redefined the real estate value chain by leveraging its inherent in-house capabilities of conceptualization, design and development. They are currently developing a luxurious freehold community spread across eight million square feet in the heart of Dubai, as part of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City master development.

Job Title: Sales Manager (Arabic speakers)
- Real Estate - Dubai

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible to achieve and exceed all tasks and objectives in a timely manner.
- Lead generation.
- Working closely with Sales Agents within the business
- Pipeline Management and Reporting
- Achieve monthly targets.
- New business generation.

Key Skills:
Key Skills:

- A deep understanding of different developers and projects in Dubai market
- Strong network with brokers (working on off plan projects)
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Can speak multiple languages (preferred)
- Strong database of HNI clients (preferred)

Mandatory:
Knowledge of other local developers and their projects is a mandate so that comparisons can be made during sales meetings with investors.

Industry: Real Estate

Gender: Open

Experience: atleast 2-5 years of relevant experience in the Dubai off-plan market with various developers or top brokerage companies.

Job Location: Shaikh Zayed Road, Dubai

Working Days: 5 days (Monday to Friday 9.30 AM - 7 PM. Saturdays Occasionally - If required)

CTC: Fixed + Incentives

Qualification: Graduate / MBA

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
