**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations at site in compliance with project requirements and UAE safety regulations.
- Ensure lifting equipment is inspected, certified, and used safely in accordance with LEEA standards.
- Prepare, review, and approve lifting plans, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Ensure that all riggers, crane operators, and lifting crew are properly briefed and competent.
- Monitor daily lifting activities to ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company procedures.
- Report and document any unsafe practices, incidents, or near-misses, and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with project management, HSE teams, and subcontractors to coordinate lifting activities.
- Maintain records of lifting equipment inspections, certifications, and crew competency.
- Provide toolbox talks and training sessions to enhance awareness of safe lifting operations.
- Support audits, client inspections, and compliance reviews related to lifting operations.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline (preferred).
- Valid LEEA certification (essential).
- Minimum 7 years of relevant UAE experience in lifting supervision within building constructions.
- In-depth knowledge of lifting procedures, UAE safety regulations, and international standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage site teams effectively.
- Familiar with preparation and review of lifting plans and risk assessments.
- Safety-focused mindset with proven incident-prevention record.
