**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in understanding financing options and insurance products.
- Prepare and review financial documents and contracts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of all finance and insurance transactions.
- Stay updated on automotive finance products, regulations, and market trends.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist customers with vehicle-related inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in English.
- Experience in finance and insurance coordination, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Mechanical operations experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with finance software.
