- Track and monitor vehicle movements using GPS systems and ensure proper utilization.
- Schedule regular maintenance, servicing, and repairs to reduce vehicle downtime.
- Ensure timely renewal of vehicle registrations, insurance, and RTA/Muroor documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of fuel consumption, mileage, repairs, and expenses.
- Monitor driver performance and enforce company policies on safety and conduct.
- Handle accident and incident reports, and liaise with insurance providers.
- Ensure fleet compliance with UAE traffic laws, environmental regulations, and company standards.
- Assist with vehicle procurement and disposal processes as needed.
- Prepare reports on fleet efficiency, maintenance costs, and utilization for management review.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transport Management, or a related field.
- Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).

**Experience**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a fleet coordination or transport operations role in the UAE or GCC.
- Experience in handling light and heavy vehicles is preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE traffic laws, vehicle registration, and RTA procedures is essential.
- Familiarity with fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.
