**Job Requirement**
We are looking for a**_ Procurement Manager _**_for an_**_ EPCM project _**_to be based in _**_Abu Dhabi_**_- UAE._**
**Job Responsibility and Requirement**
Strong working knowledge of international codes and standards. Familiar with the latest design engineering and analytical techniques/software. Onshore brownfield Middle East experience. Proven track record in planning, coordinating and supervising teams of Contract, Procurement Specialists, and Contract administrators in oil and gas projects. Strong understanding and experience of Projects based PO/Contracts. Knowledge and understanding of Contract management, contract administration. Fluent in English; proficient in report writing and delivering presentations. Reports to COMPANY Representative. Supervises Procurement team. Establish and manage the Project Procurement Plan and Procurement Tracking Schedule including organization of interface with other disciplines to plan and monitor all coming activities as well as schedule update. Development of a Procurement strategies for preparation and presentation. Organize and execute Procurement activities for materials, services, Sub-contracts in order to provide effective and efficient services to meet the Project and Client needs.
**Experience required**:
- Minimum 20+ years of experience required
- Minimum 14-15+ Years of experience in Oil & gas industry
- Should have been a Manager for minimum 3-4+ years
- University degree or equivalent
- MCIPS or equivalent professional PSCM qualification.
