**Roles & Responsibility: -**

  • Implements IT Policy, procedures and configuration standards to safeguard systems and data.
  • Server and system, hardware, software. Operating system (Windows), network and monitoring tools, onsite.
  • Able to work with external parties (stakeholders, external parties, vendors and service providers) to deliver results through collaboration, partnerships and services. Designing, monitor, analyze and troubleshoot IT systems. Maintain and manage all updating software.
  • Support (remote/onsite) maintenance and resolution of hardware and software issues related to end-user desktops/laptops, servers, printers and other network issues within the organization.
  • Supervise digital security and ensuring all anti-viruses and firewalls are regularly updated.
  • Supervise the development and maintenance of websites and ensuring the protection of users' data.
  • Support, review & liaise with end users on the implementation of an IT governance framework, policies, systems, infrastructure to ensure compliance and alignment to guidelines.
  • Analyzing existing operations, protocols and processes, policies and procedures and update in a timely manner.
  • Vendor escalation for desktops/laptop hardware purchases, repairs or software troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and review IT documentation, covering infrastructure, inventory, service subscriptions and contracts.
  • Perform and participate in capacity planning, redundancy planning and execution of Disaster Recovery Plan.
  • Manage and provide input for all IT Audit requirements including planning and budgeting.
  • Involve and conduct regular system audit for IT effectiveness, efficiency and security.
  • Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
  • Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
  • Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication.
  • Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
  • Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management.
