**Responsibilities**:

- **Color Mixing and Matching**: Prepare paint colors by accurately measuring and mixing appropriate quantities of pigments, dyes, and additives, following specified color codes and formulas.
- **Quality Control**: Perform inspections to ensure finished surfaces meet quality standards, checking for any defects, imperfections, or inconsistencies. Touch up or rework as needed.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself and others. Comply with environmental regulations and company policies regarding the handling and disposal of paints, solvents, and other hazardous materials.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot painting equipment to ensure proper functioning and prevent issues that could affect the quality of the paint job.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of paint usage, color formulas, and work performed. Report any issues, delays, or concerns to the supervisor or appropriate personnel.
- **Collaboration**:Coordinate and communicate effectively with other team members, including supervisors, production staff, and quality control personnel, to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or technical training in painting or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Metal Spray Painter, preferably working with heavy equipment or industrial machinery.
- Strong understanding of color matching, mixing, and blending techniques.
- Familiarity with painting equipment, such as spray guns, brushes, air compressors, and related tools.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to painting and hazardous material handling.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve paint defects or inconsistencies.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including bending, stooping, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
