About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Spray Painter to join our interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate should already be based in the UAE and have hands-on experience in spray painting for interior projects such as furniture, joinery, wall finishing, decorative coatings, and related applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality spray painting on wood, MDF, metal, and other interior surfaces.
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling, cleaning, and priming before painting.
- Mix paints, varnishes, lacquers, and coatings to achieve desired colors and finishes.
- Operate spray guns, compressors, and related painting equipment safely and effectively.
- Ensure smooth, clean, and consistent finishing while meeting project deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the painting area.
- Follow health, safety, and quality standards set by the company.
- Conduct minor touch-ups and repairs as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a spray painter in an interior fit-out, joinery, or furniture company.
- Strong knowledge of paint materials, surface preparation, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE.
- Good communication skills; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to handle painting equipment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with decorative finishes, PU paint, veneer polishing, or special coatings.
- Prior work experience in UAE interior or joinery companies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1, AED1,800.00 per month
