Admin & Accounts Officer

We are looking to hire one qualified Admin/Accounts Officer to handle the below tasks
- Managing office supplies stock and placing orders
- Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces
- Issuing the invoices to the customers and receiving the bills from suppliers
- Preparing required Financial and Administrative reports
- Prepare the quotations and following up with the collections
- Organize a filing system company documents
- Attend meetings and record notes and messages
- Answer the Sales enquiries and divert it to the concerned people
