Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO) for a school
**Job Summary**:
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will be responsible for managing the school's relationship with the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) and the Governing Bodies of the School., ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and addressing all issues related to ADEK and School internal matters. The PRO will act as a liaison between the school and ADEK, facilitating effective communication and ensuring smooth operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Management**:
- Maintain and enhance the school's image and reputation.
- Ensure all communication materials align with the school's and ADEK guidelines.
- Conduct regular assessments of the school's public perception and develop strategies to enhance it.
- Prepare and submit required documentation and reports to ADEK in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and transactions with ADEK.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation to ADEK, including annual reports, inspection reports, and any other required documentation.
- Ensure all school licenses, permits, and certifications are up to date and compliant with ADEK requirements.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public relations, preferably in the education sector.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with the UAE cultural and educational landscape is preferred.
- IT skill
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
