**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Internal Responsibilities**:

- Maintain strong communication between departments to ensure alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Assist HR and Admin teams in documentation, employee records, visa processing, and onboarding procedures.
- Guide employees on government regulations related to labor laws, visa renewals, Emirates ID, and related requirements.
- Prepare and manage internal reports, correspondence, and official documentation as required.

**External Responsibilities**:

- Represent the company in all government-related activities including but not limited to Tasheel, Immigration, Ministry of Labour, DED, Notary Public, Chamber of Commerce, etc.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with government officials and agencies.
- Stay updated on changes in UAE labor law and regulations and advise the management accordingly.
- Liaise with external legal advisors or consultants when required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years of proven experience** in a similar PRO role within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of **Tasheel, Immigration, MOHRE, DED**, and other UAE government platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in **Arabic and English** (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with UAE labor and immigration laws.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- UAE Driving License is preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience working in a corporate or multinational environment is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- PRO OFFICER: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- ENGLISH AND ARABIC (preferred)
