**Key Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
- Plan and sell **flight reservations**, **transportation**, **hotel accommodations**, **travel insurance**, **tours & excursions**, **visas**, **holiday packages** & many more.
- Provide advice on **travel documents**, **customs regulations**, **visa requirements**, and **local tourism**.
- Use computer reservation systems (e.g., **Amadeus**, **Galileo**, **Sabre**) & **B2B** **portals** to book flights and hotels.
- Process **payments**and issue **invoices** and **travel documents**.
- Stay up-to-date with **industry trends**, **travel restrictions**, and **destination**updates.
- Handle travel changes, **cancellations**, and emergency situations with **professionalism**.
- Build and maintain strong **relationships**with clients and **travel service providers**.
- Promote **travel packages** and upsell services to **maximize revenue**.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar role in the travel industry.
- Proficiency in **GDS**(**Global Distribution** **System**) platforms such as **Amadeus**, **Galileo**, or **Sabre**.
- Strong knowledge of **UAE visa** processes, **tours**& **excursions** and travel regulations.
- Excellent **communication**and **customer service skills**.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
- Fluency in **English**& **Arabic** is a must.
- A diploma or certification in **travel**, **tourism**, or **hospitality**is preferred.
