Manage the necessary documentation and online processes for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all import/export activities.
- Communicate with export and import and related authorities, and customers and suppliers, in all relevant territories and countries, as necessary to ensure efficient, positive and lawful relations, support and activities.
- Plan and implement import/export strategy and activities consistent with overall aims and requirements of the organization.
- Manage all staff reporting to the position so as to effectively recruit, train, evaluate, motivate, delegate and monitor their activities.
- Liaise with other departments in order to establish and maintain effective and relevant export/import activities and support in relation to the organization's sales and overall operating functions.
- Monitor, record, analyse and report on activities, trends, results and recommendations relating to import/export activities.
- Prepare and submit relevant shipping, exit paper, stock etc reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Negotiate with clients or handle issues with customs officials.
- Keeping good relationships with the government and agencies.
- Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of colleagues.
- Maintain KPI’s for department in order to judge performance. Performance Management according to company policy and procedures.
- Review Customs and Ports Statements of Accounts.
- Insure timely customs refund for deposits or duties.

Any other tasks assigned by Manager from time to time based on business exigencies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- 5 years Customs (preferred)

License/Certification:

- UAE Driving license (preferred)
