**CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES (CSRs)**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Booking introductory flight
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services
- Collect and record customer feedback
- Document all customer interactions
- Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisors
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum Experience:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service

**Requirement**:

- Excellent communication skill in **Arabic & English**
- Well working knowledge in excel and spreadsheet
- Interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently

As part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in customer service preferred Experience using social media platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
