**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Perform butchering duties including cutting, deboning, trimming, and portioning meat products for use in various dishes.**
- **Maintain cleanliness and organization in the butcher area, ensuring adherence to all hygiene and safety protocols.**
- **Inspect meat for quality, ensuring only the best cuts are used for preparation.**
- **Work closely with the kitchen team to meet production needs and provide cuts of meat in a timely and efficient manner.**
- **Assist with inventory management by tracking and managing meat stock levels.**
- **Follow all food safety regulations, ensuring that all meats are handled, stored, and prepared according to health and safety standards.**
- **Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of butchery equipment and tools.**
- **Provide support with other kitchen tasks as needed.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience as a butcher or in a similar role, ideally in a commercial kitchen or food production environment.**
- **Strong knowledge of meat cuts, handling techniques, and preparation.**
- **Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.**
- **Excellent knife skills and experience with various butchery tools and equipment.**
- **Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.**
- **A passion for food and commitment to delivering high-quality products.**
- **Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods of time.**
- **Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Familiarity with Vietnamese cuisine and traditional meat preparation techniques is a plus.**
- **Basic knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes.**
