Fintrek Marketing is hiring **experienced and motivated Sales Executives - Credit Cards** to join our dynamic sales team in Abu Dhabi. If you have strong communication skills, a proven sales background in the UAE, and a drive to achieve results, we want you on our team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively promote and sell **credit card products** from leading UAE banks to potential customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate **card features, benefits, and offers**:

- Meet and exceed monthly **sales targets and KPIs**:

- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of UAE experience** in credit card or financial product sales
- Strong understanding of **UAE banking and credit card market**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**:

- Sales-driven personality with a track record of achieving targets
- Presentable, confident, and self-motivated
- Must be currently based in the UAE and ready to join immediately
