We’re currently hiring a **Talent Acquisition Lead** for a leading group in Ras Al Khaimah. This is a **contractual role** focused on building talent pipelines and leading a high-impact TA team within **Real Estate, Construction, and Engineering** verticals.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Lead and mentor a **small TA team (2-3 members)**:

- Own and drive the **end-to-end recruitment cycle**:

- Partner closely with business leaders to deliver on **strategic hiring plans**:

- Build proactive talent pipelines for **critical and technical functions**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **8-12 years** of solid Talent Acquisition experience
- Proven **team leadership** capabilities
- Industry exposure in **Real Estate, Construction, or Engineering**:

- **Fluency in Arabic** is a must
- **Arabic-speaking females are highly encouraged to apply**
