- Monitor and control potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Legal Compliance**:

- Advise project teams on contractual matters.
- Work closely with legal counsel to resolve complex legal issues.
- **Project Support**:

- Provide support to project managers and other stakeholders on all contract-related matters.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of company contract management procedures and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in contract management within the construction industry in Dubai.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE contract law and regulations.
- Strong understanding of FIDIC (Federation Internationale des Ingenieurs-Conseils) contracts or other relevant international construction contracts.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation, drafting, and administration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong focus on risk mitigation and dispute resolution.
