- Develop strategic resourcing initiatives.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities through diagnostic studies.

**Essential Skills / Qualifications**:

- 15 years' experience and in Major Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Refinery, EPC/PMC projects, FEED, Onshore/Offshore experience required as well.
