The ideal candidate will play a critical role in financial planning, risk management, and guiding business decisions with data-driven insights. RequirementsOversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Lead the company’s budgeting cycle, long-term financial planning, and forecasting processes. Track financial performance against targets, conduct variance analyses, and provide actionable recommendations. Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal financial policies. Manage internal and external audits, maintaining strong relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions. Optimize cash flow and working capital while managing banking partnerships and financing arrangements. Assess and advise on investment opportunities, financial risks, and cost-optimization initiatives. Strengthen internal controls and drive improvements in accounting processes and financial systems. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure efficient operations and timely deliverables.
