My client is a global consultancy firm working on some of the largest projects across the globe. As part of their structured growth plan, they are looking for an established MEP Quantity Surveyor who can hit the ground running and bring their experience to the firm. This is the perfect role for those who are looking to open doors for further professional development.

A successful MEP Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager will have:

- Proven track record of at least 8 to 10 years primarily in the building sector (e.g. hotels, commercial towers, shopping malls).
- Consulting experience working for reputable companies, particularly in the GCC.
- Experience in team management. End-to-end experience in managing a cost team.
- Regional experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager is essential.
- Proficient in the use of cost estimation software such as CostX.
- Proficient in quantity take-off techniques, cost-estimating methodologies, and cost-control practices.
- English fluency is required.
