**Quality Controller**focuses on ensuring that all aluminium and glass installation, repair, and maintenance work meets the required standards of quality, safety, and functionality. This position involves overseeing the production, installation, and finishing of aluminium and glass products, ensuring that they comply with client specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations. Ensures that every project—whether it involves windows, doors, curtain walls, or other glass and aluminium structures—meets high-quality standards in terms of functionality, aesthetics, durability, and safety, while also aligning with client specifications and industry regulations.

**Key responsibilities**:
**1. Quality Inspection**
- Inspecting aluminium and glass products for defects, imperfections, or inconsistencies before and after installation.
- Ensuring that the dimensions, finishes, and other specifications of the products meet the client’s requirements.
- Verifying that materials used are of the correct type, quality, and meet safety standards.

**2. Process Monitoring**
- Overseeing production and installation processes to ensure adherence to company standards, industry regulations, and quality guidelines.
- Ensuring that machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing or installation of aluminium and glass are properly maintained and functioning.

**3. Safety Compliance**
- Ensuring that safety protocols are followed during the handling and installation of glass and aluminium products to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with glass breakage, sharp edges, and other hazards.

**4. Training and Guidance**
- Providing ongoing training to staff on quality control measures, safety standards, and best practices in handling aluminium and glass products.
- Offering technical support to installation teams, ensuring proper procedures are followed during installation.

**5. Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintaining accurate records of quality inspections, materials used, and any non-conformances found.
- Preparing reports on quality control activities, providing feedback to management, and suggesting improvements.

**6. Client Interaction**
- Addressing any client concerns regarding the quality of materials or installation.
- Ensuring that the final installation meets or exceeds client expectations in terms of quality, appearance, and functionality.

**7. Corrective Actions**
- Identifying defects or issues in the finished product and working with the team to implement corrective actions to resolve these issues.
- Ensuring that any rework or repairs are completed to a high standard and on time.

**8. Continuous Improvement**
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance the quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of aluminium and glass production and installation.

**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION**

Minimum Years of experience in UAE: 3 years in the same domain.

Experience field Quality assurance (ISO qualified)

Health & Safety (NEBOSH Qualification)

Valid UAE Driving License
