**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, and general inquiries.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using the clinic system.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth patient service.
- Verify insurance coverage and guide patients on requirements when applicable.
- Manage patient complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow established call center protocols.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through polite and effective communication.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 years of experience** in the **UAE healthcare industry** (mandatory).
- **Fluent in English and Arabic**both verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, insurance procedures, and appointment workflows.
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes.
- Proficiency in healthcare software systems is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
