**About us**

Sleep Brands is a Dubai-based company developing innovative sleep products under the brand. We create technologically advanced adjustable pillows and mattresses for healthy sleep and are now expanding our presence in digital channels.

We are looking for a proactive **SMM Specialist** who will take full responsibility for our social media strategy and content production.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop content plans for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Manage company accounts across platforms (publishing, engagement, community management)
- Plan and organize video/photo shootings (hybrid format: Internet City, D3, Production City)
- Coordinate models, participants, and shooting process
- Write short scenarios and storyboards for Reels/Shorts
- Edit and produce videos and graphics (Reels/Shorts as the main priority)
- Create simple graphic designs for posts and stories (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity across all channels

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in SMM or content creation (portfolio or links to accounts required)
- Strong skills in video editing (mobile + desktop tools)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop/Figma)
- Ability to independently organize shootings and interact with models/participants
- Personal phone with high-quality camera + own laptop (mandatory)
- Creativity, responsibility, and ability to deliver measurable results (KPI)

**What We Offer**
- Fixed salary**:AED 4,000** + KPI bonus up to **AED 3,000**:

- Official employment after probation period (UAE Labour Law)
