SMM Manager for Kids Pizza Academy

About the Role:
 We are looking for an experienced SMM Manager to lead the social media presence for Kids Pizza Academy, our special format for children. This role is primarily focused on managing our Instagram account but also involves other social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:
   Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for Instagram(priority) and TikTok, aligning with our brand goals.
• Content Planning:
   Develop detailed content plans and schedules to ensure a cohesive and engaging online presence.
• Visual Style and Tone of Voice:
   Define and maintain the visual aesthetics and consistent tone of voice to resonate with our target audience.
• Content Creation:
   Produce and curate engaging content for Instagram, including reels, stories, and posts. Collaborate with designers, content makers.
• Reel Editing:
   Skillfully edit reels to produce high-quality, engaging short videos that capture the essence of our brand.
• Competitor Analysis:
   Analyze competitors to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Engagement Growth:
   Implement strategies to increase follower engagement and community growth.
• Collaboration:
   Work with partners, set tasks for photo and video shoots, and ensure the high quality of all visual content.
• Metrics Tracking:
   Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns. Use insights to optimize and improve performance.

Requirements:

• Experience:
   Minimum 3+ years in SMM as a manager and content creator.
• Portfolio:
   Creative portfolio and case studies demonstrating your work.
• Language Skills:
   Proficiency in English (C1 level).
• Organizational Skills:
   Experience in end-to-end organizing of photo and video shoots.
• Independence:
   Ability to work independently and understand how social media drives business growth and client acquisition.
• Reel Editing Skills:
   Proficiency in editing reels for Instagram and TikTok.
• Analytical Skills:
   Ability to interpret social media metrics and analytics to drive strategy and optimize performance.
• Passion for Children:
   Positive attitude towards children and a genuine interest in child-related themes.

Experience

• Must have a portfolio — ideally showing creation and growth of social media accounts from scratch to significant results.
• Strong advantage if they have worked with 
  physical offline projects
  , as we need someone who can "sell" the value and beauty of the space, showcase kids, emotions, and atmosphere.
• Has cases with 
  viral Reels
  .
• Preferably has experience working in 
  international markets
  .
• Has good visual taste and cultural awareness — should understand differences in cultures and how content is perceived in different markets.

Hard Skills

Everything included in our standard requirements, plus it's good to have:

• Knowledge of software for creating and editing visual content (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
• Skills in creating and editing video content, including Reels and Stories (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Ability to work with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, etc.).
• Skills in setting up and managing advertising campaigns on social media (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
• Experience with project and task management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, etc.).
