Job Title: BIM Coordinator - Duct & Modular Systems

**Job Overview**:
The BIM Coordinator for Duct and Modular Systems is responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and ensuring accurate and efficient modeling and design documentation of ductwork, HVAC, and modular systems for construction projects. The coordinator works closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to integrate design data into BIM models, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to project requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **BIM Model Coordination**:

- Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for ductwork, HVAC, and modular systems using BIM software such as Revit.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to integrate duct and modular systems within the overall project model.
- Ensure that models are coordinated across disciplines to identify and resolve any design conflicts or clashes.
- **Documentation & Standards Compliance**:

- Prepare and review detailed construction drawings and specifications based on the BIM model.
- Adhere to company and industry standards for BIM documentation, ensuring model accuracy and quality.
- Update models and drawings as necessary to reflect changes in design or field conditions.
- **Technical Support & Troubleshooting**:

- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on BIM workflows, standards, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to BIM modeling and collaborate with software vendors if needed.
- **Quality Assurance & Control**:

- Conduct regular quality checks on models and drawings to ensure they meet project requirements and standards.
- Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures to monitor BIM data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
- **Training & Development**:

- Train and mentor junior BIM modelers or technicians in BIM practices and company standards.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and workflows related to duct and modular system design.
- **Data Management**:

- Manage and organize project files, ensure correct file naming conventions, and maintain updated records of project data.
- Work with IT and project teams to maintain secure and effective BIM data storage and retrieval systems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination, particularly in ductwork, HVAC, or modular system design.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
