**Job Title: BIM Manager (Architectural Background)**

**Location**: Dubai, UAE
**Type**: Full-Time

**Description**:
Universal BIM is urgently hiring an experienced **BIM Manager** with an **Architectural background** to work with one of the **top consultants in the UAE**. This is a critical role requiring expertise in UAE BIM standards and the ability to lead and manage BIM processes across high-profile projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate directly with the client to implement and maintain BIM standards, processes, and workflows.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural BIM models.
- Ensure compliance with UAE BIM standards and project-specific requirements.
- Manage clash detection, model validation, and coordination meetings.
- Provide technical support and training to the BIM team.
- Oversee project deliverables and ensure quality control.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in BIM management, with a focus on architectural projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE BIM standards and protocols.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
