**Job Purpose**:
To job holder will develop and execute plans for building a strong employer brand and continuous search of talent.The incumbent will be entrusted with determining the current headcount needs, producing forecasts, developing acquisition strategies and campaign plans whilst leading employer branding initiatives.In addition, the incumbent will manage the team in delivering quality and efficient talent acquisition solutions to the business whilst improving the competitiveness and results of existing recruitment methods and practices.
**Key Result Areas**:
Effectively implements the established strategy and leads the talent acquisition team with full cycle of talent acquisition process ensuring that there is a talent pipeline.
Provides leadership and oversight for talent acquisition programs, resources and support infrastructure, and ensures that the teams are focused on determining new and innovative ways to source talent from new talent pools in line with the market dynamics.
Partners with stakeholders to understand business requirements. Plans, develops and drives talent acquisition solutions in consultation with hiring managers to effectively meet talent acquisition goals and facilitates solutions to overcome challenges.
Promotes best practice, shares ideas and information internally and externally to ensure consistency through a value added services. Develops and maintains efficient relationships with all stake holders and educates them on market trends and constantly evolves acquisition and selection approaches.
Ensures effective goal setting and achievement of departmental functional objectives through the leadership of the team and provides on-going support, direction and development to ensure that desired results are achieved.

**Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience**:
**Qualification**:
Bachelor*s degree in business administration or HR, CIPD is desirable
Accredited in the usage of psychometrics and assessments
**Experience & Knowledge**:
Minimum 7 years* experience leading talent acquisition strategies and managing the provision of services related to headcount budgets, global sourcing, assessment centres and selection.
Experience gained within a large organisation and must have led a team overseeing the selection of multiple diverse roles.
Experience in volume recruitment including the selection of suppliers and leading selection trips across Asia, Africa and Europe.Willingness to travel.
**Skills**:
User competency in Taleo and BI reporting
Ability to communicate effectively with all organisational levels
Achievement orientated and problem solving capabilities
Team leadership
Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with others and inspire trust and confidence in them
