Responsibilities Overview:
As Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible to drive HR initiatives such as recruitment, benefits, employee relations and training programs, to ensure compliance for employees. You also promote a positive company culture whilst ensuring employees deliver quality service to the clients/guest. A critical component of this role will be to establish culture with utmost customer service and act as the company frontline by providing consultancy and assistance.

SCOPE OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. Financial Returns:

- Help create and work within the HR budget - Monitor staffing and labour standards to manage cost.
- Mitigate financial risk associated with employee relations issues.
- Identify and analyze local compensation and benefits practices to ensure financial competitiveness.

II. People Management:

- To educate, up-skill and empower employees to provide comprehensive, informative and engaging service and advice.
- Administer the performance evaluation survey
- Educate and train managers on HR disciplines to foster productivity and enhance performance.
- Work with department managers to develop initiatives to reach quality work standard and drive continuous improvement.
- Welcome and conduct new employee orientation.
- Oversee maintenance of accurate and up-to-date personnel files and records for all employees.
- Ensure hiring standard and applicable laws and regulations are followed.
- Ensure high engagement of employee during transformation period, serve as a mentor and coach for Onboarding and Offboarding employees
- Provide monthly engaging training for service improvement and development

III. Business Functions:

- To develop two way approach process to facilitate business needs and requirements.
- To optimize and enhance current practice.
- Create a monthly turnover report
- Create and enhance Document Management System for data accessibility
- Enhance and optimize existing processes and review its effectiveness
- Collect and maintain data from exit interviews, turnover statistics, absenteeism reports to identify trends, training needs and supervisory issues.
- Assist payroll related such as employee attendance, pay slip, vacation allowances, other allowances, etc
- Provide administrative support to General Manager and to employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent
- 4 years related experience in Human Resources
- Able to maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all HR related matters
- Proficient with standard Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to perform critical analysis - Must speak and write English language
- Ability to communicate professionally in verbal and writing.
- Excellent organizational skills
